Cancellation Windows
Our standard refund tiers based on time of cancellation relative to the activity start time:
Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel within the eligible window defined above
- The activity is cancelled by the Supplier
- The activity is significantly different from the description provided
- A force majeure event prevents the activity from taking place
- There is a verifiable medical emergency (documentation required)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellations made inside the non-refundable window
- No-shows or late arrivals at the activity meeting point
- Failure to present a valid booking voucher or identification
- Personal decisions not to participate once an activity has started
- Activities marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
