By using our services you agree to the terms set out in this document.

Overview

We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy for each specific activity at the time of booking — some experiences offered by third-party suppliers may have different terms.

Cancellation Windows

Our standard refund tiers based on time of cancellation relative to the activity start time:

Cancellation times are based on the local time of the activity destination. All cancellations must be submitted through our platform or by contacting support.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You cancel within the eligible window defined above
  • The activity is cancelled by the Supplier
  • The activity is significantly different from the description provided
  • A force majeure event prevents the activity from taking place
  • There is a verifiable medical emergency (documentation required)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations made inside the non-refundable window
  • No-shows or late arrivals at the activity meeting point
  • Failure to present a valid booking voucher or identification
  • Personal decisions not to participate once an activity has started
  • Activities marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
Service fees, booking fees, and payment processing charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Thailand accounts

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or card.

Booking Modifications

No-Show Policy

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the supplier's discretion, with no entitlement to a refund.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

If an activity is cancelled due to adverse weather or operator-initiated reasons, you will receive a full credit or refund regardless of the standard cancellation window.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact our support team within 30 days of the decision. For full dispute resolution procedures, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
