- Supplier
- A third-party operator providing tours, activities, or experiences listed on the Platform.
- Booking
- A confirmed reservation made through the Platform for a Supplier's activity.
- Content
- All text, images, data, and information available on the Platform.
Use of Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Accounts
Account responsibilities:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- Ensure all information you provide is accurate and current
- Not share your account with third parties

Limitation of Liability
Thailand Activity Tickets acts as an intermediary between you and Suppliers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Supplier.
Intellectual Property
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Scrape, crawl, or spider any portion of the Platform
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in fraudulent booking activity
Third-Party Services
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
